Collaborated with Michael Cecchi-Azzolina to design a new uniform coat for the servers at Cecchi's, an American brasserie in Greenwich Village. The goal was to create a bespoke yet functional piece with a unisex fit that echoed the rich tones and ambiance of the restaurant’s murals. Starting with their existing chore coat design, we retained the practical three-pocket structure and refined the silhouette and detailing to better suit the elevated, evening-focused atmosphere of the space.

Consulted on fabric and trim sourcing, carefully testing color options under the restaurant’s varied lighting conditions to ensure harmony with the interior. Developed the initial pattern and sample, incorporating design adjustments based on functionality and aesthetics. Conducted onsite fittings with the service team to tailor the fit for comfort, mobility, and consistency across all body types.
